Misty & Frank’s Puerto Rico wedding was at sunrise on a beautiful Monday morning at the stunning Puerto Hermina. Their Puerto Rico Barefoot on the Beach wedding was planned and performed by Puerto Rico Destination Weddings, Inc. (www.prdestinationweddings.com). Misty and Frank contacted us a few weeks their vacation to Puerto Rico, and wanted to get married in Puerto Rico. They wanted a simple and beautiful Puerto Rico wedding in a unique and stunning location on a beautiful beach. Puerto Hermina in Quebradillas, once a pirate’s lair and now featuring ruins, sandy beach, dramatic cliffs, and lush landscape, fit the bill perfectly.
Their wedding day also held special significance as it was the 53rd anniversary for Misty’s parents. Misty and Frank wanted to honor the loving example that Mr. and Mrs. Gonzalez have set for them, so we honored their union by renewing their vows to begin Misty & Frank’s Puerto Rico wedding. It was unique and beautiful.
Like many of the couples with whom we work here at Puerto Rico Destination Weddings, they wanted to their Puerto Rico wedding to be easy, beautiful and intimate. Our Puerto Rico barefoot on the beach package provided all that – and more. We hired a great photographer, AJR Photo Studio, and our amazing videographer, Marquez Photography, to complete the team. Ninah Gil Bridal was at Misty’s hotel before dawn to help with hair and makeup. Javo Grant on guitar set the stage for a backdrop beautiful acoustic music, even playing nostalgic Puerto Rican folk tunes from Mr. Gonzalez’s childhood. We were also happy to provide champagne and cake for the special occasion.
All they had to do was show up!
