Jennifer and Brad contacted Puerto Rico Destination Weddings (www.prdestinationweddings.com) more than a year before a planned trip to the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. They were planning a Caribbean cruise, and wanted to have a Puerto Rico wedding before they departed.
Like many of the couples with whom we work here at Puerto Rico Destination Weddings, they wanted to elope in Puerto Rico in a way that was legal, easy, beautiful and intimate. Our Puerto Rico elopement package was the perfect solution. We recommended a truly amazing venue – the lighthouse Ruins in the beautiful BQN Northwest area. The Ruins of this amazing historic lighthouse, destroyed by earthquake in 1918, sits on a deserted west-facing beach, perfect for a Puerto Rico wedding.
The Puerto Rico elopement package that Jennifer & Brad chose includes:
-full legal and documentation support, including checklists of exactly what you need to prepare and when
-a customized ceremony in keeping with exactly what you want your wedding experience to be
-registration of your marriage afterwards at the appropriate government office (you need not accompany us)
-one hour’s professional photography time with full release of all photos afterwards within one week
After booking their Puerto Rico elopement package and following us for more than a year on social media, they fell in love with our videos, and chose to include our videography option, including drone footage. Delivered in two weeks, it allowed them to share the wonderful experience for their Puerto Rico wedding.
When we met them the day of their Puerto Rico destination wedding, we showed them The Ruins and gave them the option of a number of different places in and around, including the deserted beach below. Their only request that we wade into the water for a truly magical ceremony with the waves at our feet. Not a problem – we were happy to help them realize their dream of a Puerto Rico elopement!
Jennifer and Brad, it’s been such a pleasure getting to know you, and we hope you come back to visit us time and time again!
