The Last-Minute Elopement of Charlotte & Norman

Charlotte & Norman’s last-minute elopement was oh-so-romantic! Charlotte booked her wedding just one week before the big day. And the team at Puerto Rico Destination Weddings, Inc. got to work! Charlotte & Norman were able to be legally married in Puerto Rico and have a beautiful wedding on the beach!

We love hearing about weddings from the couple’s point of view, this is what Charlotte & Norman had to say:

Charlotte & Norman’s wedding took place at Puerto Hermina, one of our most loved wedding venues. Puerto Hermina is a stunning location only about 1.5 hours from San Juan. It features the ruins of a pirate’s lair, a beautiful sandy cove, and a lovely local community that treats our wedding couples as honored guests!

Charlotte & Norman included limousine transportation as part of their wedding package. Our chauffeur picked them up from their hotel in San Juan so that they could ride in comfort and style to their wedding venue. Limousine transportation includes pick up at your hotel or vacation rental, transportation to your wedding venue and back to your hotel. Additional hours of limousine service can be added in advance if you have plans after the ceremony!

Charlotte & Norman booked our ‘rush’ legal package. Although all paperwork is normally due 10 days before your wedding, with our ‘rush’ package, we were able to get them legally married with less than a week’s notice.

Charlotte & Norman were married inside the pirate’s lair at Puerto Hermina. We love how the entryway frames the couple with the Atlantic Ocean as background.

You never know what you are going to get with a last-minute elopement on one of Puerto Rico’s most beautiful beaches. One of the friendly locals was out with his horse and offered the bride and groom a ride, what fun!
